The 10 x 12 B SIP garden room is the most popular medium-sized garden room in our collection, ideal for outside spaces less than 100 sqm in size. The B garden room kit is easy to assemble, quick to put up and the finish can be customised by you according to your taste. Based on the size and design potential for usage, being an office for remote working at home, a small gym or just simply a place to relax at the end of the day. As with all of our garden rooms the uses are down to you and your personal requirements.

What exactly will I be recieving?
Our Garden Room Kits are shell and supply only provided with the following as standard; 100mm SIP floor panels, 100mm SIP wall panels, 150mm SIP roof panels.
All glue, screws (for the corners & roof) & timber to complete the kit. Drawings (for sign-off, production & assembly drawings)
What is the delivery time?
After purchasing online, we will process the panels and get the kit ready to send out with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 weeks (depending on size and customisation).
How long will it take to install?
Depending on size and labour available, even the largest kit should only be taking 2 days to erect.
Do you install and put up the kit?
The kit is provided as supply only. So, therefore, we do not offer installation services, but with our detailed design drawings and step by step guide even novice DIY enthusiasts are able to install.
I don't have a PayPal account can I buy another way?
We offer PayPal as our online payment provider for ease, security and other benefits for the customer. However, if you don’t have an account payment can be sent to our business account for direct bank payments and you would receive co-ordinates on the invoice when proceeding. To order this way, contact us and we can process over the phone.
What foundation is required?
You can utilise any foundation you require is the short answer, often a ground screw or lightweight slab is sufficient for the kits. If you are struggling with foundation ideas then we can assist you further just feel free to contact us to discuss.
How long can I leave my uncompleted Garden Room SIP kit open to the elements?
We recommend they are covered as soon as possible on the roof & breathable membrane on the external walls.
The OSB 3 is water-resistant for a short period of time (around a month) but we recommend coverage as soon as possible.
What if I decide to move house, is the Garden Room SIP kit movable?
They can be moved if they are constructed on a base that allows this and you have adequate transportation for the size of the Kit.
