Overview
Superior SIP were engaged on a supply only project for an esteemed local developer within the Bath area involving supplying our 200mm MgO SIP External Walls and Roof for 3 Large Houses on the canal side. The project was to develop 3 substantial luxury 4/5 bedroom houses on the canal in the city of Bath, these properties are to be built with the SIP frame and then finished to a high specification with a Bath stone facade.
The project is at Phase 1 the prestige development with 7 more units to be built on completion of planning and ground works in the coming months. As part of the project brief we had to undertake full engineering, design, panelsiation and then supply of the SIP. The developer had their own install team so we have been overseeing the operation and issuing relevant sign off at stages to assist with this process. The development is coming to the closing stages of SIP install now and we will update with completed photos shortly. The finishes will be a mix of stone and direct cladding to the SIP and tiled roof.
